1/2 cup mango, chopped
1/2 cup orange, peeled and c hopped
1/2 cup purple onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
1 tablespoon cilantro, minced
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine all ingredients, stir gently. Refrigerator a few hours before serving over grilled salmon.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
