Cream Cheese, Pesto Sauce, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Pine Nuts

Very Festive for the Christmas Holiday

1 lb cream cheese (2 boxes)

1 small jar prepared Pesto sauce (6.5 oz)

2 small jars sun-dried tomatoes (I use the ones marinated in oil)

1 jar pine nuts.  ( Look in the Italian section in a jar).

Softened cream cheese and roll and shape into 4 thin rectangles or squares. (cream cheese layers should be thin). Place each rectangle in plastic warp and refrigerate till cold

Place one cream cheese layer on plate.  Spread on Pesto sauce, place tomatoes on top, then add pine nuts.

Repeat above layer until you have all 4 layers done

I like to serve with hearty chips.
