1 cup Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Combined ingredients and bring to a soft boil.
4 cans Whole Water Chestnuts
2 lbs Bacon cut into 1/3
Wrap bacon around each water chestnut and hold it a with wooden stick.
Place wrapped water chestnuts in baking pan. Bake at 350 with no sauce for 30 minutes, or until bacon is done.
Place cooked water chestnuts on paper towel to drain grease. Place water chestnuts back in pan and pour hot sauce over . Serve warm.
